Hi, I am a Ph.D. degree holder from School of Biochemistry &Biotechnology, University of the Punjab, Lahore Pakistan under the supervision Dr. Saima Sadaf (Professor and director SBB, PU). Moreover, during my PhD, I have worked under the supervision of Dr. Umer Hassan (Assistant Prof. ECE, Global health institute) at Rutgers State University, NJ, USA for the part of my dissertation. My expertise is in synthesis of silver nanoparticle synthesis and characterization for biomedical applications (antimicrobial, wound healing and more) in addition to this I have a sound knowledge and hands on experience in recombinant protein expression in yeast system, protein characterization, validation, and purification. Adding all the previous experiences and research skills, I am confident to work in multidisciplinary field at the intersection of biotechnology and material science.
I am highly motivated and curious scientist seeking to work on health Biotechnology (wound healing, tissue engineering antimicrobials etc.), nano-biotechnology, and biochemistry (protein production) related projects.
